How we scored it
Fixed oil pressed from grape seeds (a winemaking by-product); triglycerides fully plant-derived → 1.0.
What counts. ISO 16128-2 scores the atoms that remain in the final ingredient. Reagents, solvents, catalysts and protecting groups used during manufacture leave no mass behind and are not counted.
Where it comes from
Extracted from seeds left over from wine pressing, mainly in France, Italy and Spain. No synthetic route is used; only mechanical or solvent extraction of the natural seed oil.
In plain English
A light oil pressed from grape seeds left over from winemaking, used to condition skin. It comes directly from the seed, not from any lab synthesis.
